Emergency First Aid with CPR-C/AED is a one-day course designed to provide the essential skills needed to respond to common workplace emergencies. Delivered through the Canadian Red Cross, this course meets current workplace first aid requirements and provides recognized certification for individuals and employers across British Columbia.

Participants learn how to recognize and respond to emergencies including choking, severe bleeding, and sudden cardiac arrest, using the Check–Call–Care approach to guide decision-making and action. CPR-C and AED training is included, covering adult, child, and baby resuscitation skills.

Training is hands-on and scenario-based, focusing on practical application in real work environments rather than passive learning. This course is suitable for low-risk workplaces or as a foundational certification for individuals seeking workplace compliance.
